Suffolk Public Library in Virginia utilizes the Savannah Forms 360 module to manage manual data stat collection and even created a Community Partner Database to gauge partner health, type, and staff contact. Along with keeping information up to date and allowing multiple departments to utilize it for presenters or subject matter experts, it enables the library to determine whether the partnership is successful or if they need to focus their efforts elsewhere in the county.
