OrangeBoy’s Privacy Policy

We at OrangeBoy take your privacy seriously.

This privacy policy explains what information we collect when users visit our web site, why we collect that information, and under what circumstances we may disclose that information to third parties.

If you have any questions about this policy or how it applies to you, please get in touch at info@orangeboyinc.com.

QUICK NOTE

This privacy policy relates to https://www.orangeboyinc.com only. We do different things through our Savannah platform, so a different policy applies to that. And of course, we can control only our own web site; our policy does not apply to any third-party web site, even if we link to it from our site.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Like most web site operators, we want to know more about the people using our web site. For that reason, we collect some basic information about our visitors—things like what day and time they visited, what web site they came from, what people do while visiting our site, what operating system and browser they use, and some of their browser’s settings, including what language they prefer. We also collect visitors’ IP addresses, which can be used to determine where visitors might be located.

We collect this information so that we can learn who is visiting our site, how they found us, and what they do while they are here. We analyze this information, both directly and through third-party analytics providers, and use that analysis to try to provide more of the things that people are looking for when they visit our site, and of course to get more people to visit us and use our services.

Some of the pages on our site contain forms asking for additional information about you. For instance, you can fill out forms to contact us, to learn more about Savannah, or to subscribe to news and updates. If you fill out one of these forms, we will collect the data that you type into that form, so that we can get in touch with you or otherwise respond to your request. In any event, we will always give you the ability to unsubscribe from our email lists if you decide later on that you do not want to receive communications from us.

COOKIES

Our web site also uses “cookies” to collect and store information about our visitors. A cookie is a string of data that a web site stores on a visitor’s computer. When the visitor comes back to our site, his or her browser will send back the cookie, which allows our site to recognize them. We use cookies to help us better understand repeat visitors’ activity on our site, so that we can provide more useful information and services.

If you don’t want to have cookies stored on your computer, you can change the settings on your browser to block them or to ask you when a web site tries to store a cookie. On some web sites, this might cause some features to stop working. Our web site, on the other hand, should work just fine regardless of whether you choose to accept our cookies. Still, we like to know when people are visiting our site more than once, so if you use our web site without restricting your browser’s use of cookies, we will take that as your agreement to our use of cookies.

PROTECTING YOUR DATA

We work hard to protect your information, including by encrypting it while in transit, securing our facilities against unauthorized access, and limiting the number of people associated with OrangeBoy who can access your personal information. We do not sell your data, and we will not disclose any personally identifying data to anyone outside of ourselves and our service providers, except as needed to contact you or respond to your request, or as required by a subpoena, court order, or other legal matter.

OrangeBoy hosts servers in multiple countries, and some of our employers, contractors, and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country. Regardless of the country, however, we still work to ensure that your data remains secure.

BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If OrangeBoy is ever acquired or its assets are sold, or in the unlikely event that OrangeBoy goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, a third party may acquire the information discussed in this policy. Even if that occurs, however, this privacy policy will still apply to that information.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

We will change this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will make sure to note the date the last changes were published.
