Learn what data science, machine learning and AI really are from our 2018 Idea Exchange Keynote Speaker, Data Scientist, Katie Sasso!  Through real life use cases, attendees will learn how companies such as L Brands, Nationwide and Cardinal Health have successfully implemented these techniques into their daily business practices.  Katie will also discuss how libraries can apply these same principles into their business to improve techniques and overall customer experience. 

Katie Sasso is a data scientist at the Columbus Collaboratory, where she works on a variety of analytics projects involving modeling, automation, and UI building. She received her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from OSU in 2017.
